Cancellation Policy

As of December 1st, 2022, Transformations Med Spa will be reincorporating our Cancellation and No Show Policy. 

Due to the COVID Pandemic we have been extremely lenient with our fees to assure  everyone’s safety. However, we have noticed that many of our clients have been taking advantage of this leniancy and have been canceling their appointments minutes before their treatments. This not only takes time away from the patients who have been actively seeking apppointments, but from our staff as well. We have incorporated many measures to abstain from last minute cancellations.  However, none of which seem to be working effectively.

Patients receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to every appointment. Within the message we include the option to respond (1) to Confirm or (2) to Cancel. If a texted response is not given before 6pm the night before your appointment, we will need to unfortunately cancel your appointment resulting in an automatic fee of $25 as the staff at Transformations Med Spa only report to work for confirmed appointments.

*Confirmations/Cancellations must be brought to our attention during business hours*. After business hours our staff will be home with their families and unable to respond to messages or calls. Office Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm.


Office appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours of notification are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Saturday appointment cancellations will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee due to the high demand for weekend appointment slots. The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the patient’s next appointment. 

As a reminder, appointments are scheduled for a certain time period and must be completed in the time frame to avoid overlapping other appointments. Tardiness will affect your appointment, allowing the provider to only treat what they can in the remaining time period of your scheduled appointment..
